Venue Capacity

  • Indoors: 60-65 people

  • Outdoor/Patio: 35 people

  • Private rentals include both indoor and outdoor spaces

Hours

  • $150.00/hour booking fee + $100.00 service charge

  • All rentals have a 4 hour minimum and should include set-up and tear down time.

  • On weekends, private rentals must end by 3:00 PM on Friday and Saturdays and by 1:00 PM on Sundays.

  • Rentals on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings require a full venue buyout and do not quality for the pricing listed above (contact us for more details).

Other Details

  • No outside beverages are allowed in the venue

  • There is no beverage minimum for private rentals, purchase drinks as needed.

  • Outside food/caterers are welcome.

  • The contract needs to be reviewed and signed before the $300.00 deposit is paid. Deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the event. The remaining balance is paid day of event.

Payments Accepted for Deposit

  • Card paid to Mercantile Manager over the phone or in person.

  • Cash paid to Mercantile Manager in person.

  • Checks are not preferred but can be taken in person by the Mercantile Manager if necessary.
