Fridays & Saturdays, 4:00 PM - Close + Holidays
$200.00/hour booking fee + $200.00 service charge
Requires a $500.00 beverage minimum, plus 22% gratuity.
All Other Hours
$100.00/hour booking fee + $100.00 service charge
No beverage minimum, purchase drinks as needed.
No outside beverages are allowed in the venue
Outside food/caterers are welcome.
The contract needs to be reviewed and signed before the $200.00 deposit is paid. Deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the event. The remaining balance is paid day of event.
Payments Accepted for Deposit
Card paid to Mercantile Manager over the phone or in person.
Cash paid to Mercantile Manager in person.
Checks are not preferred but can be taken in person by the Mercantile Manager if necessary.
